All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
For physical merch (like aprons), please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4. Refunds and Returns
Physical Goods: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital downloads and stream access, these purchases are generally non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including recipes, videos, and logos, is the property of Cooking Connection and may not be redistributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cooking Connection is not liable for any kitchen accidents or injuries that occur while following our recipes or streams. Cook at your own risk!
